LSO Customer Referral Program Rules

Lone Star Holdings, LLC dba Lone Star Overnight also known as “LSO.”

“Existing Customer(s)” is defined as any customer who currently has or previously had an LSO account number and has shipped with LSO at any time within the last 24 months of the date of the referral. “Referring Customer(s)” is defined as an Existing Customer in good standing making the referral.

“New Customer(s)” is defined as a customer, who is not defined as an Existing Customer, receiving the referral from the Referring Customer.

“Referral Bonus” is defined as a credit given on the Referring Customer’s LSO invoice based on the shipping activity of the New Customer(s) at the rate of one dollar ($1.00) for each LSO Early Overnight, LSO Priority Overnight, LSO Economy Next Day, LSO Second Day and LSO Mexico package and ten cents ($0.25) for each LSO Ground package that LSO delivers for the same period of time during the Eligibility Period. The maximum Referral Bonus that can be earned may not exceed the total invoice amount of the Referring Customer for the same period. Referral Bonus may only be used as a credit toward the Referring Customer’s LSO invoice and has no cash value. For confidentiality the Referral Bonus will be given in aggregate and not itemized.

“Eligibility Period” is defined as a period of 90 calendar days from the date of a New Customer opening an account with LSO.

“Start-Up Discount” is defined as the then current promotional discount to the published LSO base rate, subject to applicable minimum charges, being offered as an incentive for New Customers and may change from time to time or be discontinued at any time by LSO for any reason. Start-Up discounts only apply to the then current published base rate(s) and do not apply to any accessorial fees or fuel surcharge. RULES and CONDITIONS:

The LSO Customer Referral Program (“Program”) is a new and innovative way for all Existing Customers in good standing to refer New Customers to LSO and receive a credit to their LSO invoice(s) based on the New Customers’ shipments with LSO within the Eligibility Period, and during the same period of time. All New Customers will also receive a Start-Up Discount with LSO as an incentive for shipping their packages with LSO. A win-win-win for our Existing Customer, the New Customers that come on board and LSO! Furthermore, subject to qualifications, New Customers may also participate in the LSO Package Points™ program and earn points that can be redeemed for gifts and other items available in the LSO Package Points™ catalog. Existing Customer(s) are ineligible to be considered as a New Customer, even if a new account number is established and no credit(s) shall be given to the Referring Customer for such referrals of Existing Customers. Existing Customers with separately negotiated or non-standard contracts with LSO are ineligible to participate in the Program without prior authorization from LSO in writing. Any new accounts set up under the Program are subject to credit approval by LSO. All terms of the then current LSO service guide shall apply to all packages from Referring Customers, Existing Customers and New Customers and in no way shall be altered by the Program.
